CAREER TIERS & PAY:

Lead Climber: $36 – $45 / hour (DOE)

Level 1-2 Climber: $25 – $36 / hour (DOE)

Groundsman: $22 / hour and up (DOE)

CDL status and ISA Certifications directly influence your wage.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Lead Climber: Expert removals/pruning, crew leadership, and technical rigging.

Level 1-2 Climber: Proficient in NW species; ready to bridge the gap to a Lead role.

Ground Technician: Essential site support and equipment operation. Career path and training to climbing provided in-house by leaders in the field.

THE FINE PRINT:
