Pay: $24–$35/hr (depending on experience)
Gage Tree Service is hiring hardworking, reliable team members to join our professional tree crew. We are currently looking for Experienced Climbing Arborists.

Position Overview
This position works closely together as part of our tree crew performing tree removals, pruning, and property cleanup throughout the Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley area.
Climbing arborists perform the technical tree work including climbing, pruning, and removals while directing the ground crew.

Responsibilities include:

Climbing trees using ropes and harness systems

Performing technical tree pruning and removals

Safely rigging and lowering tree sections

Communicating with the ground crew during operations

Operating chainsaws and professional tree equipment

Ensuring job site safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years climbing experience preferred

ISA Tree Climber or Certified Arborist (or willingness to obtain)

Strong understanding of safe tree work practices
