Tree Service Foreman

TREE CREW FOREMAN – Central Florida (Full-Time)

Established tree service in Central Florida is looking for a tough, no-nonsense foreman to lead a production crew. This is a hands-on position for someone who knows tree work inside and out and isn’t afraid to get dirty, make decisions, and keep the crew moving.

You should be solid in:

• All phases of professional tree work: climbing, removals, pruning, ground work
• Running equipment: chippers, stump grinders, skid steers, loaders, lifts/bucket trucks
• Pulling and backing trailers with heavy equipment
• Leading a crew: setting the pace, enforcing safety, holding people accountable
• Talking with customers, explaining work, and upselling additional services on site
• Taking care of trucks, saws, and all equipment like it’s your own

Requirements:

• Strong experience in tree service (foreman or lead man experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to work long days in Florida heat
• Drug free, dependable, and serious about safety and production
