Looking for a strong, energetic, dependable person who enjoys working outdoors and wants to learn a skilled trade.

Tree-service experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

This is real outdoor work—not standing around watching someone else work. Our crew works with trees, ropes, chainsaws, chippers, trucks and equipment. The work is physically demanding, requires constant attention to safety, and can be a great fit for someone who would rather work outdoors with his hands than sit behind a desk.

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Are physically fit and genuinely enjoy hard outdoor work
• Have a strong work ethic and natural sense of hustle
• Show up reliably, on time, and ready to work
• Are mechanically inclined and enjoy tools and equipment
• Pay attention and follow safety procedures
• Work well as part of a crew
• Have a positive attitude and are teachable
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Have a valid driver’s license and good driving habits
• Can drive a manual transmission, or are willing to learn
• Have a CDL or interest in earning one — a big plus
• Have experience with construction, landscaping, farming, logging, athletics, hiking, hunting, fishing, mechanical work or other demanding outdoor/hands-on activities — also a plus

IMPORTANT

Tree work is safety-sensitive. We operate chainsaws, chippers, trucks, ropes and heavy equipment and work around falling limbs and trees. Employees must report to work sober, unimpaired, dependable and capable of safely performing their duties every day.

We are looking for someone with a stable, responsible lifestyle and consistent work history who wants steady employment—not someone looking for a temporary stop between jobs.
