Tree Service Groundsman

GROUNDSMAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Climber by handling ground operations, utilizing personal protective equipment;
• Operate wood chippers, stump grinders and other equipment, with proper techniques and safety gear;
• Haul and load tree debris onto trucks;
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job site;
• Perform equipment maintenance and inspections;
• Collaborate with Climber and fellow Groundsmen to execute various tree care projects efficiently and to the highest quality, while upholding safety protocols and best practices.

GROUNDSMAN REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a Groundsman or willingness to learn;
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment;
• Strong team player with a good attitude;
• Valid WA State Driver License, mandatory;
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to industry best practices.

Groundsman position pays $23-$25/hour, and can start immediately.
