As our Tree Service Lead & Driver, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations—leading crew on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and operating vehicles and equipment that keep our projects moving. You’ll be the person our team looks to for direction, our clients trust for professionalism, and our company relies on to deliver exceptional results. Your leadership will directly shape the quality of our work and the reputation we’ve built in the community.
What You'll Do

• Lead a crew in performing tree trimming, pruning, removals, and stump grinding with precision and safety.
• Safely operate and drive company trucks to transport crews, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Conduct pre-job safety briefings and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards.
• Operate chippers, chainsaws, stump grinder and other specialized equipment.
• Communicate with clients on-site to confirm project details and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment to keep everything in top working order.
• Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and maintain high-quality work standards.
• Tree climbing not a requirement

What You'll Bring

• Clean driving record.
• 3+ years of experience in tree care, arboriculture, or related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of tree species, pruning techniques, and safe removal practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain tree service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• Willingness to random drug testing.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
