Trim Carpenter – $30/hr – Orlando (Dr. Phillips) – Starts ASAP

Licensed builder needs a detail-oriented trim carpenter for about a week of precision work in a luxury custom home. Job starts ASAP — we're ready for you Monday.

This is a shadow-gap base (reveal base) detail — Fry Reglet aluminum Z-reveal at the floor line instead of baseboard, with drywall infill strips above it. Google "Fry Reglet DRMZ" to see it. No finishing (we have a Level 5 guy). We supply all materials and the rotary laser. This is a one-man job.

What you'll do:

• Set a rotary laser and work to it all day
• Snap lines and cut existing drywall dead straight along a line
• Add wood backing to studs
• Cut aluminum trim on a chop saw (miters, tight butt joints) and fasten it level to the laser
• Hang and screw drywall strips to a line

What we need from you:

• You know how to run a rotary laser and you trust it over your eye
• You cut to a line within 1/16"
• Clean miters on a chop saw
• Your own hand tools, drill, oscillating tool
• Show up on time, work clean, don't guess

$30/hr, paid weekly. First day is a paid 10 ft mockup — if it's straight, you've got the rest of the job and more work behind it (we're building 100+ homes).
