Trim Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Remodeler

Gittleman Construction is looking for an experienced Trim Carpenter to join our residential construction team.

We’re looking for someone with strong finish carpentry skills who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and knows how to get the job done right. Experience in residential remodeling is required.

What You'll Do

• Install interior trim, casing, baseboard, crown molding, doors, and other finish carpentry
• Complete punch-list and finish work
• Assist with a variety of residential remodeling tasks
• Work alongside our superintendents and other trades to keep projects moving
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Help wherever needed to keep the project on schedule

This Isn't a "Trim Only" Job
Our projects change from day to day, so you won't be doing only trim work. One day you may be installing doors and casing, the next you may be helping with framing, drywall repairs, demolition, punch-list work, or another task that needs to be completed.
Additional construction skills are a big bonus. The more well-rounded you are, the better!

• Previous residential construction/finish carpentry experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Able to take direction, work independently, and work well with a team
• Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
