Trim Carpenters, Crew Lead & Bath Crews Wanted — Fairfax

Established residential renovation company based in Fairfax, VA is growing and looking to fill positions on our team. All work is local and we are looking for candidates who are local as well.

1. Trim Carpenters

• Install baseboards, casing, crown molding, chair rail, interior doors
• Build/install cabinetry, built-ins, shelving
• Work from plans, adjust for real-world conditions in older homes

3+ years finish carpentry experience, own tools, reliable transportation

2. Field Trim & Carpentry Manager

• Oversee trim carpentry crews across multiple active job sites
• Manage scheduling, material ordering, and quality control
• Main point of contact between crews, clients, and our office
• Trim/finish carpentry background with supervisory experience & valid driver's license.

3. Interior Bathroom Crew

• Full bathroom remodels: demo, tile, vanities, fixtures, lighting, tub-to-shower conversions
• Coordinate with plumbing/electrical subs on-site
• Strong tile work a must — crews or solo tradespeople welcome to apply
