Trim Finisher

I need an experience, trim man with their own tools I am putting in 6 inch baseboards and trim. Need to know how to cut miter cuts with precise cuts and measure if you don’t know what you’re doing I will let you go within the first 30 minutes I see that you are not able to make a minor cut
