Trusses, Decker Framer Rough Carpenter

Join our construction team as a Decker Framer Rough Carpenter . In this energetic position, you will be responsible for Setting Trusses , Decking , nailing off and dry in as per plans. Duties
Erect Trusses and sheet roofs , including framing and structural components, ensuring adherence to blueprints
Read and interpret construction plans,to accurately execute project specifications
Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently on-site
,Perform framing tasks as required for rough carpentry
Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures, levels, and other tools to ensure accurate construction outcomes
Work Efficiently with team members to coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and uphold safety standards
Requirements
Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on Decking , Setting Trusses & rough carpentry
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools,
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
Knowledge of construction management principles and safety protocols on active sites
Excellent dimensional measurement skills coupled with attention to detail in all tasks
Valid construction experience with a focus on framing and decking
