Tub Glazer / Refinishing Technician

**McCon Industries is hiring a dependable and hardworking Tub Glazer / Refinishing Technician.**

Experience with bathtub, shower, tile, or surface refinishing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This is currently a **per diem position** with the opportunity to grow into a **full-time role** based on reliability, performance, and workload.

### Responsibilities

• Prepare bathtubs, showers, and surrounding surfaces for refinishing
• Clean, sand, repair, mask, prime, and apply refinishing coatings
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean work area
• Follow all company procedures and safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment

### Requirements

• Must have a dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must be reliable, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Must be comfortable working independently and inside customers’ homes
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working in small bathroom spaces
• Tub glazing, painting, refinishing, auto body, or construction experience is a plus
• Training is available for the right candidate
