Pool Service Technician – Part-Time (Growing to Full-Time)

Tucson Pool Company is looking for a dependable, motivated Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. If you have experience repairing pool equipment and enjoy working independently, we’d like to hear from you.

Pay

• $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience
• Repair work is paid at a higher rate
• 1099 or W-2 available (your choice)

Position

This is a part-time position that is expected to grow into full-time as we continue adding new clients.

Daily Responsibilities

• Complete a weekly pool cleaning route (guaranteed hours/income)
• Diagnose pool equipment and system issues
• Repair and install pool pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment
• Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical problems related to pools
• Keep accurate notes, photos, and documentation for each job
• Communicate professionally with customers and the office
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tools

Requirements

• Previous experience working on pool equipment is required
• Must be able to diagnose common pool equipment problems
• Must be able to install pumps, filters, and heaters
• Basic electrical and plumbing experience is required
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work safely in Arizona heat
• Dependable with excellent attendance and able to start early when needed

Training

We provide additional training to help you grow your skills, but you must have prior hands-on experience with pool equipment, plumbing, and electrical work.
