Turn/Maintenance Helper- $22-Denver

$22/hr | W-2 | Paid Weekly | Full-Time

We do turns, rehabs, and repairs on homes across the Denver metro. We're hiring a helper to work alongside our lead tech on occupied homes and getting vacant homes ready for new residents.

If you show up on time, work hard, and take pride in leaving a house clean and finished, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Deep clean vacant homes (kitchens, appliances, baths, cabinets, floors, windows, blinds)
• Mask, protect floors, caulk, and patch nail holes before paint and flooring
• Roll walls and ceilings
• Help with LVP installs and simple swaps (blinds, hardware, covers, smoke detectors)
• Pull carpet, pad, tack strip, and old fixtures; haul debris
• Pick up pre-ordered materials on the way to the job
• Take before/after photos and clock in/out on our phone apps

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Attention to detail and care about your quality--Very important
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Basic tool skills (drill, impact driver, utility knife, pry bar, shop vac)
• Able to lift 50 lbs, kneel, climb ladders, work in all seasons
• A smartphone
• RELIABLE ATTENDANCE. This matters more than anything else.

Minimal construction experience is a must
