TV Home Tech Installer $1400-$1600/ week

What You'll Do

Complete 5–7 customer appointments per day

Pick up products from assigned Best Buy store locations each morning
-Mount flat-screen TVs on drywall, brick, concrete, stone, and other wall types
-Mount soundbars and home theater accessories
--Install Wi-Fi security cameras
-Conceal cables when requested
-Test all equipment and ensure installations are secure, level, and fully operational
-Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance at every appointment

Qualifications

Previous experience mounting TVs and installing home electronics
Thorough knowledge of different wall materials and construction methods
Must know how to properly locate studs using a stud finder
Understand when to use lag bolts, toggle bolts, sleeve anchors, concrete anchors, and other appropriate mounting hardware
Experience mounting to wood studs, metal studs, masonry, concrete, and other wall types
Comfortable using power tools and installation equipment
Able to troubleshoot basic networking and smart home connectivity issues
Strong attention to detail with clean, professional workmanship
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Requirements

Must be able to pass Background Test, And 4 Panel Drug Test (we dont test marijuana)
Must have or have access to a pickup truck (preferably 8ft bed), cargo van, capable of transporting large TV's (98 inch)
You're responsible for your own gas expense
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Own professional installation tools, including a drill, impact driver, stud finder, levels, ladder, and standard hand tools
Smartphone for completing stops
Ability to safely lift and mount large TVs (team assistance available when required)
Dependable, punctual, and able to efficiently manage a daily route full time

Typical work day starts at 7am and ends anywhere from 2pm-5pm. On average 10 hour days.

5 -7 stops per day, 80 - 140 miles per day

This is a 1099 Position, no taxes withheld
