TV Network Monitoring Center Operator

TV Network Monitoring Center Operator is a shift position in charge of monitoring telecommunications services , including :

• Watch TV Monitors displaying TV Channels
• Use computer based monitoring and alarm systems
• Answer telephone calls from customers
• Answer emails regarding issues on services
• Check equipment status based on remote instructions from engineers
• Write end of shift reports

Good communications skills required
Fluent English
Basic Computer knowledge required
