UNDERGROUND PLUMBING & SEWER TECHNICIAN – GUARANTEED 40 HOURS – TOP PAY

CMS Plumbing is a well-established plumbing company looking for an experienced Underground Plumbing & Sewer Technician to join our team.

This position focuses primarily on underground water, sewer, and gas piping, along with sewer camera and hydro flushing work. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in the field, understands underground plumbing systems, and takes pride in doing clean, professional work.

We offer guaranteed 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work. Our work is steady, year-round, and local to the South Bay.

Responsibilities:

Underground water main installation and repair
Underground sewer main installation and repair
Property line cleanout installation
Sewer camera inspections and locating
Hydro flushing / hydro jetting
Underground polyethylene (PE) gas piping installation
Trenching, excavation, and underground piping
Diagnosing sewer and underground plumbing problems
Working safely around existing utilities and underground systems

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of plumbing or related underground experience
Experience with underground water and sewer piping
Sewer camera and locating experience preferred
Hydro flushing / hydro jetting experience preferred
Underground gas piping experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Quality workmanship and attention to detail
Reliable and professional
Must have necessary hand tools
Valid driver's license
