Underground Utility Workers

We are seeking experienced and reliable workers for underground utilities. If you have a background in utility construction and take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience working with and repairing water, sewer, storm drain, gas, or underground electrical utilities is preferred.
Ability to safely operate hand tools and construction equipment, including jumping jacks/compactors, skid steers, excavators, and loaders.
Ability to work safely in trenches, excavations, and around heavy equipment while following all applicable safety procedures.
A valid driver’s license is preferred. Additional licenses, certifications, or specialized training are a plus.
Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship.
Must be able to work effectively as part of a team while also working independently when required.
Must have the physical ability to perform demanding outdoor construction work in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to follow directions and safety procedures are essential.
