Now Hiring: Production Specialists (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Location: Santa Rosa, CA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8-hour shifts)
Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk) or Part-Time (up to 30 hrs/wk)
Pay: Competitive, $20+/hr Based on Experience (DOE)

No experience? No problem. We provide complete, hands-on training for the right candidates.

What We Offer

Core Responsibilities

• Metal Prep: Grind, sand, clean, and stud-weld steel parts to prepare them for coating.
• Coating: Apply finishes using electrostatic and traditional HVLP coating equipment.
• Logistics: Pack and crate finished signage safely for shipping.
• Warehouse: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Teachable Attitude: A strong willingness to learn new, specialized manufacturing skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand all day, handle metal panels, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability: A self-starter who shows up on time and works well with a team.
• Bonus Skills: Previous experience with commercial spray painting or powder coating is a huge plus (but not required).
