ACS IS EXPANDING – FLOORING SUBCONTRACTORS WANTED

American Carpet South (ACS) is expanding throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Maryland, and we're looking for experienced flooring subcontractors who want more work, flexibility and a simple way to do business.

One lead installer + one helper = one crew. That one crew can earn up to $200,000 per year with ACS, depending on the amount of work your company chooses to take on.

You decide the pace. Work one day a week, three days a week, six days a week, or build a long-term relationship with us. Single crews and companies with multiple crews are welcome.

Why ACS?

• We make the process simple. Our subcontractor app provides digital blueprints and job information, keeping the process paperless and communication easy.
• You don't collect money from the customer. You don't perform customer measurements. You install, bill ACS, and we pay your company every week by direct deposit.
• We also provide free dumpster services at our locations for your rip-out and job debris.

We're looking for incorporated flooring subcontractors with at least 2 years of industry experience in carpet, laminate, hardwood, vinyl/LVP, ceramic and other flooring specialties.

Opportunities are available throughout North, Central and South Jersey, Pennsylvania, including Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, New Hampshire and Maryland.

All subcontractors must be able to successfully pass a background check and meet ACS's insurance and onboarding requirements.

$5,000 ONBOARDING INCENTIVE
Qualified subcontractors who complete onboarding within the next 10 days may be eligible for a $5,000 incentive to help offset eligible onboarding costs.*
