UPHOLSTERER

We specialize in custom yacht and residential furniture and fine upholstery — everything from custom sectionals, exterior cushions, chairs, upholstered headboard and curved banquettes and more. We’re looking for a skilled, upholsterer with strong experience bringing a custom piece of upholstered furniture from start to finish. You should know your way around foam, springs, webbing, cutting, sewing, and upholstery.

• Previous experience with Marine Upholstery preferred but not limited
• Proficient with pattern and layout techniques preferred
• Apply foam, springs, and padding
• Proficient in making and cutting templates manually using plastic
• Knowledge of different types of fabrics and materials used in upholstery
• Proficient in cutting fabric, vinyl, and leather
• Proficient in sewing
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Organizational skills, Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Willingness to engage in heavy lifting of fabric at times.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and able to commute daily.
