URGENT HIRING – ROOF TARP INSTALLATION CREWS – DESTIN, FLORIDA

PAY: $300 PER DAY PER PERSON – OPPORTUNITY TO DOUBLE YOUR PAY!

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals and experienced crews to install and secure blue tarps on hurricane-damaged roofs in the Destin, Florida area.

💰 PAY AND PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS

$300 per day per person for a three-person crew that completes a minimum of 10 houses per day, regardless of house size, subject to job requirements and approval.

Double pay opportunity: If your three-person crew completes 20 houses in one day, the daily pay will double to $600 per person, subject to verification and approval.

We need 10 crews of 3 workers each.

Working alone? No problem! We can help match individual workers with others to form a crew.

🛠️ REQUIRED EQUIPMENT – PER CREW
Each crew must have:

Reliable personal transportation.

One 10-foot extension ladder that extends to approximately 20 feet.

One 8-foot extension ladder for lower houses.

Roofing (shingle) nail guns and framing nail guns.

Generator.

Air compressor.

🏕️ LODGING, FOOD AND WATER

FEMA base camps or other disaster-worker accommodations may be available, but availability is not guaranteed. Workers must verify eligibility and arrangements independently.

Lodging is NOT provided by us.

Food and water are NOT provided by us. Bring your own supplies and make arrangements before traveling.

📍 WORK LOCATION AND DURATION
Destin, Florida, and surrounding hurricane-affected areas.

We estimate that tarp installation work could last 2–4 months or longer, depending on demand and project availability. This is an estimate only; no official duration has been confirmed.

🏗️ POTENTIAL LONG-TERM WORK
After emergency roof protection is completed, additional roofing repairs, roof replacements, and construction projects may become available. This could provide opportunities for continued employment, depending on workload and qualifications.

Oportunidad de duplicar el pago: Si una cuadrilla de 3 personas completa 20 casas en un día, el pago diario será de $600 por persona, sujeto a verificación y aprobación.

Necesitamos 10 cuadrillas de 3 personas cada una.

🛠️ HERRAMIENTAS Y EQUIPO REQUERIDOS POR CUADRILLA

Cada cuadrilla debe contar con:

Transporte propio y confiable.

Una escalera extensible de 10 pies que alcance aproximadamente 20 pies al extenderse.

Una escalera extensible de 8 pies que alcance 16 pies al extenderse.

Pistolas de clavos para shingles (tejas asfálticas) y para framing (estructura de madera).

Generador eléctrico.

Compresor de aire con mangueras.

🏕️ ALOJAMIENTO, COMIDA Y AGUA

Podrían existir campamentos de FEMA u otras opciones de alojamiento para trabajadores de recuperación, pero la disponibilidad no está garantizada. Cada trabajador deberá verificar por su cuenta los requisitos y la disponibilidad.
