As a Residential Renovation Specialist, you'll play a hands-on role in improving and maintaining our portfolio of homes. Your work will help ensure our properties are safe, functional, and move-in ready while supporting renovation projects that increase the quality and longevity of our housing inventory. In this role, you'll perform a variety of residential repair and renovation tasks, including electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, fixture installations, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and completing renovation punch-list items. You'll work on everything from replacing outlets and light fixtures to repairing leaks, installing sinks and faucets, and helping prepare homes for new residents. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to put your skills to work.

We're looking for someone with experience in residential maintenance, renovations, construction, electrical work, plumbing, or a related trade. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions without constant supervision. A strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.
