✔ Ability to properly prep, mask, prime, and refinish vehicles
✔ MUST be able to accurately color match paint
✔ Experience blending panels and matching OEM finishes
✔ Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
✔ Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
