URGENTLY HIRING FOR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS

We are currently interviewing for an experienced residential Maintenance Technician, with or without HVAC certification. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a full-time position immediately.

Daily Task Expectations:
· Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
· Maintaining property grounds
· Plumbing
· Electrical
· Carpentry
· Drywall repair
· Painting
· Appliance repair
· Pool maintenance
· Preventative building maintenance

Job Requirements:
· General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
· CPO certification not required but a HUGE plus
· Must have your own set of personal hand tools & power drill
· Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
