Urgently Hiring!!!!!CDL A/B Drivers w/ Experience Running Skid Steer !

Seeking a skilled CDL A/B Driver & Equipment Operator experienced in maneuvering skid steers with log grapple attachments in tight residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate excels at safely and efficiently moving, sorting, and loading heavy logs around homes, structures, and utility lines with minimal ground disturbance. You will be responsible for hauling equipment and materials to job sites via standard CDL transport and providing precise site support to our tree care and removal crews.
Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a skid steer (equipped with a log grapple or fork attachments) to lift, transport, and stack large logs and wood debris around tight residential and commercial structures.

CDL Transport: Safely drive and transport heavy equipment, machinery, and materials to and from job sites in compliance with DOT and company safety regulations.

Site Management & Safety: Assess work zones for overhead hazards, underground utilities, and property line constraints to move heavy loads cleanly without damaging turf, structures, or landscape features.

Crew Support: Assist ground crews with rigging, loading trucks/trailers, and maintaining an organized, clear debris drop zone.

Routine Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip inspections on CDL A/B vehicles and skid steer equipment, including greasing, fluid checks, and minor field maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience operating a skid steer specifically in tree care, land clearing, or precision construction settings.

Precision Operator: Strong spatial awareness and proven skill navigating close-quarters jobs near homes, roofs, power lines, and sensitive landscaping.

Physical Capability: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, perform heavy manual labor, and secure heavy loads (strapping, chaining, tarping).
