Utility Lineman / Field Construction Advisor (Part-Time Consultant)

We're a venture-backed technology company building software for electric utilities. We're looking for an experienced utility lineman (or someone with similar field construction experience) to work directly with our engineering team.

This is not a field position. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, helping us understand how construction actually happens in the field so we can build better products.

What you'll do:

• Answer questions from engineers about utility construction workflows
• Review drawings, photos, and product prototypes
• Explain how work is actually performed in the field
• Help us understand common edge cases, terminology, and best practices
• Meet with our team approximately 10-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

We're looking for someone who has:

• Significant experience as a utility lineman or in electric distribution construction
• Practical, real-world knowledge of utility construction and field operations
• Strong communication skills and enjoys teaching others
• Interest in helping build new technology
