UTILITY / MAINTENANCE - PERSON (IMMEDIATE OPENING)

Utility / Maintenace - Person

We are looking for a FULL-TIME utility & maintenance person to assist with our technician and client management agent with installations and service and repairs of Commercial Laundry Equipment. You will be trained on Servicing Commercial laundry equipment and laundry chemical dispensing units as well as other area's pertaining to the service and repairs of theses types of equipment. This position also requires some travel to outter islands for the same purposes as we have accounts outside of the Big Island. You will also be doing product deliveries to customer accounts and locations. A non-disclosure agreement is required due to the sensetivity of customer locations and property requirments.

The position has the potential to grow in hourly pay with skill levels learned. On-the-job training will be provided, and knowledge of safety, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, concrete, and other areas that may need to be taught. Comprehension of machine operations and the use of proper tools and personal conduct are highly stressed. Common sense of company operations, vendor-to-customer relations, and conduct are highly recommended. Tools are optional if you want to use your own.

• Valid Driver’s license is required, and a driver’s abstract is also needed for the interview.
• Traveling is part of the job; you must be ready to travel off the island and all needed documents to perform this job.
• A high school diploma or Equivilent is required.
• All candidates should have their own means of transportation to and from work.

• Candidates must be able to speak and comprehend English and must have good speaking and writing skills.
• Must be able to carry at least 50lbs.
