**Full-Time Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician – West Maui**

Epic Realty is seeking a reliable, self-motivated **full-time Maintenance Technician** to support our vacation rental properties throughout West Maui.

**Responsibilities include:**

• Completing routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Troubleshooting issues within vacation rental units
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests
• Performing preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Coordinating with our operations and quality-control teams
• Assisting with inventory, supplies, and preparing units for guests

**Requirements:**

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance
• Own basic tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and transport maintenance equipment and supplies
• Must be available for a full-time schedule, including occasional after-hours or emergency calls
• **No drug use. This is a drug-free workplace.**
