We're growing fast and looking for a Van Conversion Specialist who’s passionate about craftsmanship and creativity. What You'll Do:
- Execute full van conversions from insulation and framing to finish carpentry
- Install electrical systems, plumbing, windows, flooring, and seating
- Collaborate with the design team to bring each customer's vision to life
- Work with wood, metal, and composite materials using a variety of tools
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
- 1+ year in custom carpentry, cabinetry, or van/RV/boat conversions
- Experience with CNC routers and 3D printing
- Strong construction and finish skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Problem-solver with creative instincts
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs
