We maintain a large, standardized fleet of cargo vans, step vans, and tractors for a Fortune 50 company that runs in good times and bad. You get stable, year-round work on equipment built to work.

We're looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our Dulles based fleet service team.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 4am start

Pay & Benefits:

• $ 43-48+ /hr. DOE (Hourly, not flat rate)

What You'll Work On:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas-powered trucks, vans, and medium/heavy duty vehicles ( Isuzu trucks, chevy van , Sprinters )
• Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
• Perform test drives and make system adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and manage shop equipment
• Conduct field repairs in various weather conditions

What You Bring:

• 4+ years' experience
• GED or High School Diploma
• Valid driver's license and own tool
• Must pass background check
• Strong accountability and customer service mindset
