Description
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Commercial HVAC Techs all positions for projects in the New London location & surrounding areas in CT.

PAY: $25-$55 hour (Based on experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (Possible Overtime)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Friday; 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
START DATE: ASAP
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
HVAC Positions Available Jobs Available:
-HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic Apprentice:
Pay-$25-$35
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Post-secondary vocational or technical school diploma in Sheet Metal 2 from an accredited Institution required OR a recognized -apprenticeship program.
-Must have a clean driving record
-Experience a plus, NEMSI will train the right candidates
-Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication and written skills are a must.
-In house HVAC Technician
-Pay-$35-$55
-Must hold a current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License.
-EPA 608 Universal required.
-Commercial HVAC systems experience and knowledge
-Must have a clean driving record
-BMS or Automation experience is a plus but not required.
-Plumber (Licensed)--(P2 or P1) with 3-5 years of experience for our South Windsor, CT Operations Group.

-HVAC Service Technician
Pay-$35-$55
-Must hold a current CT S2 or D2 license.
-EPA 608 Universal required.
-Commercial HVAC systems experience.
-Must have a clean driving record
-HVAC Installation Technician
-Pay-$35-$55
-Have commercial HVAC systems experience.
Must have a clean driving record
Boiler and steam experience a plus
-HVAC Chiller Service Technician
Pay-$35-$55
-Connecticut D2 or S2 License, or Refrigeration License from an accredited institution required
EPA Certification required
Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
Experience servicing commercial chillers and boiler systems
Clean driving record required
Boiler and steam system experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting, repair, and diagnostic skills
-HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic
-Pay-$35-$55
-Connecticut Sheet Metal 2 License
-5 years of required experience with commercial HVAC systems
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication and written skills are a must.
-Lead On-Site HVAC Technician
-Pay-$40-$50
-Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required
-EPA 608 Universal Certification required
-Commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience required
-Clean driving record required
-Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
-Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation experience preferred but not required
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-HVAC OE2 or S2 Mechanic
-Pay-$35-$55
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Connecticut OE2 or S2 license
-Extensive commercial HVAC systems experience.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication and written skills are a must.
-Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by NEMSI
-Follow and comply with the rules and regulations of section 608 of the clean air act and occupational safety regulations mandated -by federal, state and local governments.
-Boiler and steam system experience preferred
-Strong troubleshooting, repair, and diagnostic skills
- HVAC D2 or S2 Mechanic
-Pay-$35-$55
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Connecticut D2 or S2 license
