We are **ONLY** hiring **trained and experienced Vehicle Condition Report (CR) Writers**.
**If you have never worked as a CR Writer or do not have experience completing auction vehicle condition reports, please do not apply.**
Applicants must be experienced using the industry applications and tools required to complete professional vehicle condition reports for auction vehicles.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Vehicle Condition Report (CR) Writer is **required**
- Knowledge of vehicle inspection procedures and auction condition reporting
- Experience using CR writing/reporting applications
- Ability to perform accurate multi-point vehicle inspections
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Excellent piece-rate pay with outstanding earning potential**
Experienced CR Writers regularly earn $40.00+ per hour**
Flexible scheduling
Work available **7 days a week (Monday–Sunday)**
Consistent assignments with dealers and auctions throughout Southern California and Nevada
Professional, supportive team environment
Most workdays begin between **7:00 AM and 9:00 AM**. Compensation is paid on a **per-vehicle (piecework) basis**. Our goal is to help dependable, experienced inspectors build a full schedule of **five or more working days per week**.
