Vehicle Tech & Shop Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team as a Vehicle Tech & Shop Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining and organizing our company vehicles, trailers, shop/warehouse department, assisting with deliveries and various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance
• Schedule and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs for company vehicles
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Safely load, unload, and pull 20-foot trailers
• Maintain the shop in a clean, organized, and operational condition
• Monitor inventory and help keep parts and materials properly organized
• Make company deliveries and pick up materials or equipment as needed
• General handyman tasks and facility maintenance
• Assist with other general company needs and projects as required
• Experience operating a snow plow and or Bobcat is a plus

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and general mechanical tasks
• Comfortable performing hands-on work and general maintenance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed
