The Detailer plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience by ensuring every vehicle and trailer leaves our dealership looking its absolute best.

Position Summary

The Vehicle & Trailer Detailer is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing trailers, trucks, and vehicles for sale, customer delivery, service pickup, and dealership display. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle & Trailer Preparation

• Wash, clean, and detail trailers, trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles.
• Perform interior and exterior detailing to dealership quality standards.
• Clean windows, wheels, tires, frames, wheel wells, and undercarriages.
• Remove stickers, residue, shipping materials, and protective coverings from new inventory.
• Prepare vehicles and trailers for customer delivery, photography, and dealership display.
• Maintain showroom-quality presentation throughout dealership inventory.

Customer Experience Excellence

• Understand that vehicle appearance directly impacts customer satisfaction.
• Take pride in delivering a finished product that exceeds customer expectations.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing, automotive, RV, powersports, marine, or trailer detailing.
• Experience operating pressure washers, buffers, polishers, and detailing equipment.
• Knowledge of detailing chemicals, coatings, and industry best practices.
• Experience moving trailers or towing equipment.
