Very busy contractor, looking for a skilled carpenter

Very busy contractor looking for skilled Carpenter, who has all their own tools and truck or van. 90% of our work is Deck work . We do some bathroom and kitchen remodels. Never downtime completely booked up through the winter 2027 as of right now. Must be skilled and do Clean work must be able to do custom stairs.
