Vintage British Bike Mechanic Needed: Amal Carb Tuning & Easy-Pull Clutch Setup

Looking for a local mechanic or knowledgeable vintage British bike enthusiast to tackle two specific items on a 1972 Norton Commando 750 Combat. The bike is otherwise in excellent condition and ran great before a carburetor issue.
1. Amal Concentric Carburetor Service & Tuning:
Full teardown, ultrasonic cleaning, inspection of slides/bushings, and proper re-jetting/float adjustment.
Precise balancing, cable sync, and idle mixture tuning for smooth, reliable starting and throttle response.

2. Hand Clutch Lever & Cable Upgrade:
Dial in the heavy Commando clutch pull.
Help select and install an easier-to-pull setup (e.g., matching the correct lever pivot ratio/dogleg lever, routing an upgraded Teflon/Venhill cable, or setting up a reduced-effort clutch actuator mechanism).
Verify proper clutch pushrod adjustment and stack clearance at the diaphragm spring.
Requirements:
Genuine familiarity with classic British parallel twins and dual Amal Concentric setups.
Understanding of Norton diaphragm clutch geometry and the best ways to soften the hand pull without causing clutch drag or slip.
Proper tools and clean workspace (can bring the bike to your shop/garage, or arrange mobile work if preferred).
