Description

Our shop has been in business and family operated continually for 30 years and is preparing to transition and grow into its next chapter. We need the right passionate and skilled individuals to make this happen!

The automotive industry is struggling in many ways. If you're a tech or admin in the field, you don't need an explanation. We are looking to leave the system, and set a new standard that works for employees, and customers alike. While we can't explain all the details here, we can say this. We intend to become a destination for car people and enthusiast alike, to have their beloved vehicles taken care of, with the time and attention to detail they require. No smoke and mirrors, no flat rate, no weekends, flexible schedules. In addition, you will have a say in how we evolve this idea. We aren't just looking for someone who can take direction, and turn a wrench. We want input and proactivity into how to improve the shop experience. We believe that when all voices are heard and considered, we all win. Most of us love working on cars, we just hate HOW we have to work on them in a professional environment. Lets change that

We are currently an Alfa Romeo (Ferrari, Fiat, Maserati, Lancia, Lamborghini) and Jaguar (British layland, Lotus, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls Royce) specialty shop, however we work on most all vintage European makes, as well as limited services for bespoke and exotic makes up to 2015. (experience with newer vehicles is not required)

Please provide a cover letter, resume, and portfolio of prior work for the following positions. Applicants will take a brief written exam to gauge understanding prior to interview. a probation period will be negotiated based on experience before hiring. Benefits available for negotiation based on experience and prior work history. Relocation bonus available for the right candidate. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply, allegiances to work responsibilities will be made.
