Wallpaper Pros — $75/Hour, Prepped Walls, Premium Homes

Established painting company (20+ years, Lake Geneva area) looking to build a relationship with a skilled wallpaper installer for periodic projects in premium homes across Lake Geneva, Northern Illinois, and Southern Wisconsin.

The Money:
$28 per strip ($25 hanging / $3 sundries and adhesives). Recent projects have paid installers $1,500-$1,900. A pro hanging 3 strips/hour nets $75/hour. Even at 2 strips/hour you're clearing $50.

The Setup:

Walls are prepped and ready when you arrive. No scraping, no priming, no surprises. You hang the goods. We handle everything else — the customer, the estimate, the prep, the payment.

The Reality:

This is project-based work, roughly monthly, sometimes more depending on demand. We're not pretending to offer full-time volume. We're offering premium homes, zero prep headaches, and fast payment every time we call. We want to be the easiest client on your schedule.

You Need:

Your own tools, adhesives, sundries, reliable transportation, and insurance. You should be comfortable working independently in occupied, high-end homes. We'll want to see photos of recent installs before your first project.
