Job Duties (Will Include but Not Be Limited To) 

• Oversee the production of the Detail department  

• Coordinate offsite details that are performed 

• Move vehicles on the lot 

• Move vehicles in Recon advisor, follow all necessary steps 

• Help Vendors locate and track keys for sublet repairs  

• Maintain cleanliness of the shop 

• Assisting in car wash maintenance  

• Wet sanding 

• Utilization of Truvideo/Estimate Tool 

• Track wholesale cars daily to confirm they are detailed ready for auction 

• Go through sublet row or lot to look for refreshers to keep the team busy 

• Train and manage team in company policies and ensure adherence to all company policies 

• Motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all team members conducting disciplinary action or PIP’s as needed and administer annual performance evaluations for team with thoughtful feedback 

• Appraise team productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status
