Compensation: Up to $28.00/hr depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Identify facility related issues, propose a plan of action and promptly execute it 
• Utilize ticket system to plan efficient workday time management, respond to all ticket requests within 24 hours 
• Work independently with minimal supervision 
• Heavy deliveries (water, man lift, forklift) 
• Assist with and/or perform preventative maintenance 
• Occasionally perform janitorial functions for buildings, grounds, and equipment using cost effective, efficient methods 
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies and organization policies and procedures 
• Office set-up/tear downs 
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide preventative maintenance 
• Carpentry skills 
• Obtain certifications as appropriate 
• Ability to work with HVAC, plumbing, mechanical devices, torches, liquids, and electrical devices 
• Ability to operate forklift, skid steer, snowplow, and man lifts 
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and rare cases, high, precarious places 
• Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures 
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills 
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
