Description
Looking for a licensed HVAC company for installations of package units + green tag + merc test for 2 houses.
1st house is a 1350 sq ft (so we need a 3 ton package unit), flat roof, all ductwork is on the roof. Has a previous Mastercool AC and heater. The house already has a return air duct, so just some minor ductwork on the roof is needed.
2nd house is 1080 sq ft (we also need a 3-ton package unit), previous evap cooler is on the roof (no ductwork in the attic), and heater is in the crawlspace (has ductwork throughout the entire house).
