Wanted- Construction laborer

We are a licensed general contractor with 45 years experience and looking to expand our team with ambitious reliable A players who want to learn or expand their knowledge in the construction field.
Valley Isle Enterprises is a licensed general contractor on Maui with 11 active projects spanning luxury multifamily development, commercial construction, and residential renovation. We build serious projects and we need serious people who show up ready to work.

We are hiring skilled construction labourers immediately for ongoing work across multiple active job sites on Maui.

What we offer - competitive hourly pay on the books, consistent year-round work across a full project pipeline, and a professional crew that operates to a high standard on every job. This is not a short-term gig. We have active projects running now and more coming.

What we need - you have at least 2 years of hands-on construction experience, you know how to work safely around active job sites, you follow instructions without being reminded twice, and you show up on time every day. Experience in framing, concrete, demolition, site prep, or finish work is valued. Valid ID and reliable transportation to Maui job sites required.

Bonus points if you have experience with commercial builds, multifamily renovation, or luxury residential construction.
