Warehouse Associate / Appliance Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to assist with both warehouse operations and appliance deliveries. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Move, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory in a safe and efficient manner.
• Keep the warehouse and grounds clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Use scanner and computer to complete basic computer tasks such as scanning and receiving inventory.
• Use appliance hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move heavy products safely.
• Prepare outgoing delivery shipments accurately and on schedule.
• Verify inventory using model and serial numbers with a high level of accuracy.
• Load and unload appliances from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist with deliveries of refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, and other household appliances.
• Carry, maneuver, and position appliances in customers' homes using proper equipment and techniques.
• Perform basic appliance setup and installation assistance as needed.
• Work quickly, effectively, and independently to complete assigned tasks without constant supervision.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to work at the start of each shift. Lateness or absenteeism will not be tolerated.
• Reliable transportation required. Transportation is not provided.
• Clean background check.
• Basic appliance installation skills (washers, dryers, small fridges, etc.)
• Skills will be checked and tested for speed and capability, need not apply if you do not have the skills or the physical ability.

Compensation
$21/hr, 40 hours a week. Free office lunch daily up to $15 value from local restaurants. Bi-weekly pay. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Most holiday work will be required (except Christmas, New Years, and Thanksgiving).
