Warehouse Equipment Assembler / Production Tech $23-$27/hr

ABOUT THE ROLE

We build and prep commercial fitness equipment in our production warehouse — and we need a hands-on, mechanically inclined person who takes pride in building things right. This is steady, in-house work for someone who'd rather be assembling and fixing machines than sitting at a desk. No driving required.

If you like working with your hands, knowing how things come apart and go back together, and finishing the day with something to show for it, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assemble, disassemble, and rebuild commercial gym equipment (strength machines, treadmills, racks, and more)
• Clean, inspect, and refurbish used equipment to like-new condition
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues; replace worn or broken parts
• Prep and stage finished equipment for shipping and delivery
• Keep your work area organized, safe, and clean
• Help move and stage equipment around the warehouse

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR — apply only if these are true:

• Mechanically inclined — you understand how things are built and enjoy taking them apart and putting them back together
• Comfortable using basic hand tools (you'll supply your own basics; a tool list will be provided)
• Reliable and on time, every day — this is the bare minimum here
• Able to lift 75–90+ lbs
• Able to pass a background check
• Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
• A team player who can also work independently once trained

NICE TO HAVE (not required)

• Prior experience assembling, repairing, or refurbishing equipment, furniture, machinery, or vehicles
• Fitness equipment or mechanical/technical background

ROOM TO GROW
This is a real trade, not a dead-end job. Strong performers in the warehouse have a path to grow into field technician and installer roles with higher pay as their skills develop. We train and promote from within.

SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday, [SET HOURS — e.g. 7:00 AM–4:00 PM]
• Full-time, in-person
• Paid time off
