Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Candle Production & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in preparing our candle inventory for weddings, events, and client orders.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining glass candle vases
• Filling glass vases with candle materials according to specifications
• Preparing, packing, and securely taping boxes for transport
• Lifting, moving, and organizing heavy boxes and event inventory
• Keeping the warehouse, workstations, and inventory clean and organized
• Preparing multiple orders at once while ensuring each is completed accurately
• Following specific instructions for quantities, sizes, and candle configurations
• Assisting the team with additional warehouse and preparation tasks as needed

• Comfortable with physical work and lifting heavy items
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Careful when handling fragile glass inventory
• Someone who takes pride in keeping their work area clean and organized
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Arabic and/or Spanish language skills are a plus

No previous candle or event experience is required. We’re happy to train the right person. More important to us is finding someone who is dependable, learns quickly, pays attention to detail, and works well with our team.
