Warehouse Manager - Construction Company

Description

Warehouse Manager wanted at a 20+ year old construction company based in SF. This is an in-person full-time job and we are looking to hire asap.

Must be able to do physical labor.

Must be able to lift and pick up at least 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb scaffold, swing stage, ladders, etc. If you are scared of heights, do not apply.
You must be able to visit jobsites all over the Bat Area as necessary. Company vehicle will be provided during work hours. You must have a valid driving license and good driving record.

This is a full-time work. You are expected to be at work at 7.30am until 4pm Mon-Fri. You may be called for Overtime or on weekends.

Job Description (not limited to):
1. Material Requisition from vendors, material distribution to Company Foremen. Make sure materials required are in stock.
2. Keep a record of all materials at jobsites, record of material disbursement by project.
3. Maintain tools and equipment at the Shop. Be able to repair smaller tools. Send equipment out to repair timely.
4. Trash and dump management, including hazardous waste.
4. Responsible for the fleet of company vehicles and their regular upkeep (send vehicles to repair, etc).
5. Comply with OSHA regulations and keep the Shop neat and orderly.
6. Produce reports for the EPA and other agencies, including the company.
7. Enforce and maintain company policy equally among all Foremen that visit your Shop.

Be able to operate forklift and drive a flat-bed.

Must be able to use basic email, excel, etc. Experience with WASP software is a plus, but not mandatory.
