Warehouse Manager / Roofing Operations – $20+ DOE

WAREHOUSE MANAGER / ROOFING OPERATIONS

Bob Jahn’s Roofing is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Manager to join our team in Roseville.

This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who can help keep our warehouse and roofing operations organized while also assisting with job setup, deliveries, pickups, inspections, and other field-related responsibilities.

PAY:
$20+ PER HOUR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE (DOE)
6-MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing and organizing warehouse operations
• Picking up and returning roofing materials and supplies
• Setting up jobs for roofing crews
• Setting and handling ladders
• Conducting roof/jobsite inspections
• Assisting with roof repairs when needed
• Pulling and driving a trailer
• Delivering materials, tools, and equipment to jobsites
• Helping make sure roofing crews have what they need before jobs begin
• Other warehouse and roofing-related duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must be comfortable pulling a trailer
• Must be comfortable setting and working with ladders
• Must be willing and able to assist with roof repairs
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Must be able to handle the physical demands of the position

BILINGUAL PREFERRED:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!

Previous forklift experience is preferred, but NOT required. We are willing to train and certify the right person.

Bob Jahn’s Roofing está buscando una persona responsable y trabajadora para unirse a nuestro equipo como Gerente de Almacén en Roseville.

Este es un puesto práctico y activo. Buscamos a alguien que pueda ayudar a mantener organizado nuestro almacén y las operaciones de techado, además de ayudar con la preparación de trabajos, entregas, recogidas, inspecciones y otras responsabilidades relacionadas con el trabajo de campo.

PAGO:
$20+ POR HORA, DEPENDIENDO DE LA EXPERIENCIA

PERÍODO DE PRUEBA DE 6 MESES

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Administrar y organizar las operaciones del almacén
• Recoger y devolver materiales y suministros de techado
• Preparar los trabajos para las cuadrillas de techadores
• Colocar y manejar escaleras
• Realizar inspecciones de techos y lugares de trabajo
• Ayudar con reparaciones de techos cuando sea necesario
• Manejar y remolcar un tráiler
• Entregar materiales, herramientas y equipo a los lugares de trabajo
• Asegurarse de que las cuadrillas tengan los materiales y equipos necesarios antes de comenzar los trabajos
• Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el almacén y los trabajos de techado cuando sea necesario

REQUISITOS:

• Debe tener licencia de conducir válida y un récord de manejo limpio
• Debe tener experiencia o sentirse cómodo manejando con un tráiler
• Debe sentirse cómodo colocando y trabajando con escaleras
• Debe estar dispuesto y ser capaz de ayudar con reparaciones de techos
• Debe ser responsable, organizado y capaz de trabajar de manera independiente
• Debe poder realizar las tareas físicas requeridas para el puesto

SE PREFIERE QUE SEA BILINGÜE:
Se prefiere fluidez tanto en inglés como en español.

¡EXPERIENCIA CON MONTACARGAS ES UN PLUS!

Se prefiere experiencia previa manejando montacargas, pero NO es requisito. Estamos dispuestos a capacitar y certificar a la persona adecuada.
