Compensation: $30.00+ per hour (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Wednesdays & Sundays OFF)

The Role

This is a hybrid position perfect for someone with a solid work ethic and strong mechanical aptitude. You will split your time between warehouse logistics and hands-on maintenance assistance under the guidance of our lead technicians. This is a direct path to learning a highly valuable trade while earning top-tier warehouse pay.

Key Responsibilities

· Warehouse Logistics: Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, stage, and organize freight and fleet parts.

· Fleet Maintenance Assistance: Learn and assist with critical mechanical services on our semi-trucks and trailers, specifically targeting:

o Tire replacements and pressure checks.

o Air brake assemblies, brake shoes, drums, and adjustments.

o Airbag and air suspension system components.

· Shop Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant shop and warehouse environment.

What We Are Looking For

· Mechanical Aptitude: You already know your way around a toolbox. Prior experience changing tires, servicing personal vehicles, or working in a commercial shop is highly preferred.

· Forklift Operator Experience: Confident operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment.

· Safety Mindset: Working on heavy-duty commercial truck brakes and airbag systems demands extreme attention to detail and adherence to FMCSA safety guidelines.

· Reliability: Ready to commit to our unique, high-earning weekly schedule (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat).
