Warehouse Unpacking & Assembly Workers — Piece-Rate Pay — Burlington, KY

We are hiring 2 local workers for a temporary warehouse robotics installation project.

Location: Burlington, KY 41005

Start date: October 19, 2026
Schedule: Expected Monday–Friday. Assignment length and daily hours will be confirmed before hiring.

WORK INCLUDES:

• Unpacking equipment and pallet stands.
• Moving and positioning materials.
• Basic assembly and labeling under our technical team’s direction.
• Removing packaging and keeping work areas clean.
• Forklift operation for qualified applicants.

PAY — PER COMPLETED UNIT:

• Pallet stand unpacking, positioning, and labeling.
• Other assembly or material-handling tasks: Rates agreed in writing before work begins.
• Forklift work and cleanup: Separately paid under an agreed rate.

Each task’s scope, completion standard, and rate will be explained before work starts. For tasks completed together, the team rate and payment split will be agreed in advance. Completed quantities will be checked and recorded daily.

All work time will be recorded. Required minimum-wage and overtime adjustments will be paid where applicable.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Warehouse or basic assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow safety instructions.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work safely.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Forklift applicants must have operating experience and provide training documentation.

No robotics programming experience is required. Technical staff will provide instructions. Required PPE arrangements will be confirmed before starting.
